Drone Vision: Warfare, Surveillance, Protest seminar

During the Drone Vision: Warfare, Surveillance, Protest exhibition at the Hasselblad Centre, the Hasselblad Foundation and Valand Academy, Gothenburg University organised a Seminar and Panel Discussion with artists, researchers and activists to explore the effects of drone technologies on political protests and war. Taking place in the Gothenburg Museum of Art and the City Library, 14-15 September 2018, the discussions were supported by the Swedish Arts Council, Gothenburg City and the Olof Palme Memorial Fund.

Photography/Ireland/Archives 2017 Symposium, DIT Grangegorman. Presented ‘Re-imagining Treason: The Riddle of the Photograph’ and discussed my artistic research on the Childers family photographic archive, TCD within the context of Erskine Childers’ 1903 seminal novel of spycraft, The Riddle of the Sands; a Record of Secret Service.
